Our department took a sweet detour from pharma to a chocolate factory for an integration workshop! Mixing teamwork with cocoa, we learned that just like in pharma, the right ingredients, process control, and teamwork make all the difference.

From tempering chocolate to strengthening our collaboration, this experience reminded us that success is always a mix of skill, dedication, and a little bit of fun. And yes—quality control was strictly enforced (especially on the taste-testing front)!
